DING REWARDS CLUB RULES:

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Ding Rewards Club (Rewards Club). By participating in the Rewards Club, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility & Enrolment

(Eligible Territory/ies)2.1 The Rewards Club is only open to users of Ding.com and the Ding mobile app (the Applications) who have set their Preferred Country to one of the eligible territories as set out in the FAQs, which may change from time to time.

ET2.2 You will be automatically enrolled as member in the Rewards Club if your Preferred Country is set to one of the eligible territories.

2.3 You are permitted to have one Rewards Club membership only.

2.4 If you are under 16 years of age, you represent to Ding that you have obtained a parent/guardian's consent to participate in the Rewards Club and that your parent/guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms and conditions.

3. Data Rights

3.1 Your personal data that is collected for the administration of the Rewards Club will be processed by Ding in accordance with Ding’s Privacy Notice.

3.3 Your personal details can be updated at any time in the Profile Settings of your Ding Account.

4. Earning Points & Medals

4.1 Once you are a member of the Rewards Club, you can earn points every time you purchase a top-up or buy a gift card on the Applications. Purchases made on any other websites and apps do not earn points.

4.2 A minimum of $1 must be spent in a single purchase on the Applications to earn points. You will earn 2 points for every USD$1 spent on the Applications. You must earn minimum points before you can start using your points.

4.3 Points are accumulated based on whole dollars spent. Points are automatically added to your Ding Account on successful completion of a purchase on the Applications.

4.4 You may also earn bonus points for completing actions assigned to certain “Medals” as outlined on the Applications, and once completed, you will receive the bonus points assigned to that “Medal”, if any.

4.5 Other bonus points may be offered at any time at Ding’s discretion during special promotions on selected products and services.

4.6 Ding excludes any liability for any delay or error associated with the application of any points.

5. Redeeming Points

The discount you receive will depend on your Eligible Territory - see table below for details. 5.1 Once you have earned the minimum of points, you may start using your accumulated points for discounts on purchases on the Applications. 5.2 You can only redeem your points if you are logged into your Ding Account at the time of redemption and you will be offered the option to redeem your points for discounts at the point of purchase. You cannot use your points in conjunction with any other promo code.

5.3 If the purchase value exceeds the value of your accumulated points, you must pay for the balance using one of the other payment options available on the Applications.

5.4 Rewards Club points have no cash value and cannot be directly exchanged or redeemed for cash.

5.5 You can only earn points as outlined in section 4 above and you cannot purchase, pool or transfer points.

5.6 Points will expire 18 months after they are applied to your Ding Account by Ding. It is your responsibility to note the expiry dates of your points. Expired points are not redeemable.

5.7 If you delete your Ding Account, you will lose any points earned to the date of deletion. If you close your Ding Account, you will not lose any points earned to the date of closure, but you will not be able to redeem such points until you re-activate your Ding Account and the same expiry dates will apply as if your Ding Account had remained open during this time.

6. Checking Points Balances

6.1 You will see the points you earn on a purchase in the order receipt issued to you by Ding on completion of your purchase on the Applications.

6.2 You can view the total points you have accrued at any time by visiting your homepage, Ding Account and on the Ding Rewards Club hub.

6.3 Ding may also send periodic statements to you setting out details of your points balance.

7. General

7.1 The Rewards Club is run by Ezetop Unlimited Company t/a Ding (Ding). Ding is a company incorporated in Ireland with company number 422514 and its registered office is at 3 Shelbourne Buildings, Crampton Avenue, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland.

7.2 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Ding in relation to the Rewards Club.

7.3 Ding reserves the right to alter, modify, amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Rewards Club, or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

7.4 Ding reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend or terminate your ability to participate in the Rewards Club at any time for reasons including a breach of these terms and conditions or engagement in any fraudulent activity connected with the Applications or the Rewards Club. If your membership is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to earn or redeem any points.

7.5 To the extent permissible by law, Ding or any third party engaged by it will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays, disruptions or delays in the operation of the Rewards Club or for any kind of loss or damage that may result to you arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Rewards Club.

7.6 Ding owns all intellectual property rights that exist in the words “DING” and in any accompanying logo and branding associated with the Rewards Club.

7.7 These terms and conditions and the Rewards Club will be governed by the laws of Ireland. If any claim or dispute arises from, out of or in connection with these terms and conditions and/or your participation in the Rewards Club, you agree that the courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction over all such claims or disputes, without prejudice to your rights under applicable legislation.
